The members of The National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women’s Clubs, Inc.  strongly believe in developing youth leaders in today’s world and has been committed to this effort since its inception in 1935.  Our intention is to prepare youth to be globally prepared and able to compete and succeed in this ever-changing technology-driven world.

INSPIRING YOUNG PEOPLE TO...

 "Make an I.M.P.A.C.T. In Our Communities" 

 

The Youth Division of the National Association of Negro Business & Professional Women’s Clubs, Inc. invites youth between the ages of 12-18 to get connected with other youth across the country who are focused on our National theme of "Making An I.M.P.A.C.T. In Our Communities," which represents:

 

  • Involvement

  • Membership

  • Political Awareness

  • Activism

  • Commitment

  • Technology

 

Youth members gain the opportunity to further develop their skills through the following membership benefits: 

 

  • Participation in National Oratorical Competition 

  • Essay Competition 

  • Rites of Passage Ceremony 

  • National Youth Convention & District Youth Conference 

  • Mission Trips to Africa through the International Affairs Division 

  • United Nation Program Visits

(College Students Ages 18-21)

BOLD, ENERGETIC, TRUSTWORTHY, AWARE, POSITIVE, SINCERE, INGENIOUS 

 

Beta- Psi Clubs consist of young women and men attending an accredited college, university, business or technical school who want to get involved with human services, economic, social, and political issues affecting the lives and welfare of the poor, minorities and the handicapped.

 

Beta Psi members of the National Association of Negro Business & Professional Women’s Clubs, Inc. are focused on: 

 

  • Increasing their Leadership Skills

  • Developing their Communication Skills

  • Sharpening Problem-Solving and Decision–Making Skills and;

  • Addressing Social & Political Issues
