The National program focus is (LETS) Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Technology, and Service - (which includes Health, Education, Employment, and Economic Development - H.E.E.D.).  Clubs identify local needs and implement projects to address the issues in their communities.

Introduced to help reduce tension, improve relationships and SAVE LIVES - particularly in interactions between African Americans and police.

ITraining for business and professional women preparing them for leadership positions in their careers.

Entrepreneurial training is for women interested in starting a business, improving business skills and/or expanding an existing business by increasing their business expertise.

An Emergency Preparedness Campaign, that educates communities on preparedness strategies, and focuses on the provision of supplies.

TECHNOLOGY

Training for women interested in obtaining or improving technology skills or seeking certification for a technology related business.

Providing information through programs and initiatives in health, education, employment and economic development that inform, enlighten and strengthen our communities.

A Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) educational campaign, that focuses on P.I.N.K. (Preventing and Improving through Necessary Knowledge)
