The Southeast District of the National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women’s Club, Inc. is proud to be a part of a great tradition that encourages and recognizes both academic achievement and community service excellence of African-American women. We are pleased to offer scholarships to currently enrolled college students.
To be eligible, students must meet the following requirements:
Applicant is an African-American graduating high school senior
Applicant is a U.S. Citizen
Applicant must have a 3.0 GPA or above on a 4.0 scale by end of first semester of senior year of graduation to apply.
Applicant must complete an official Southeast District Scholarship Application by deadline date of February 25, 2019.
Applicant must submit a typed 300 word essay on the following topic: In view of the present social climate, how have these issues impacted community life?
